国土空间规划背景下中国生态空间规划研究进展

Progress of Research on Ecological Spatial Planning in China in the Context of Territorial Spatial Planning

  • 摘要: 【目的】在国土空间规划改革背景下明确中国生态空间规划研究进展,可为完善生态空间规划体系和优化国土空间格局提供一定理论参考。【方法】基于文献追踪,从目标、内容、方法 3个维度出发,梳理适应国土空间规划改革目标下的中国生态空间规划研究。【结果】在目标制定上,生态空间规划应与生产、生活空间规划相协调;在内容总结上,生态空间的识别、评价、优化和管制利用需要在国土空间规划体系框架下进行;在技术方法上,需要加强模型构建法、形态学分析法、多情景模拟法在生态空间格局优化中的应用。【结论】未来还可以从城市生态空间复合功能及复合空间、生态空间机制、多学科融合以及生态空间景观要素规划设计等方面进行研究。

     

    Abstract: Objective This research aims to, through clarifying the research progress of China's ecological spatial planning in the context of the reform of territorial spatial planning, provide certain theoretical reference for improving the ecological spatial planning system and optimizing the territorial spatial pattern of China.Methods Based on literature tracking, this research sorts out the researches on China's ecological spatial planning under the goal of adapting to the reform of territorial spatial planning from the three dimensions of objective, content and method.Results This research figures out that, in terms of goal setting, ecological spatial planning should be coordinated with the planning of production and living spaces; in terms of content summarization, the identification, evaluation,optimization and control of the use of ecological space need to be carried out under the framework of the territorial spatial planning system; and in terms of technical methodology, there is a need to strengthen the application of such methods as model construction, morphological analysis and multi-scenario simulation in the optimization of ecological spatial pattern.Conclusion Future research may focus on such aspects as composite functions of urban ecological space, spatial mechanisms of ecological space, multidisciplinary cooperation, and planning and design of ecological spatial landscape elements.
