基于视觉感知的多尺度城市自然风貌精细化管控方法及关键技术运用

Method for Multi-scale Refined Management and Control of Urban Natural Style and Feature Based on Visual Perception and Application of Key Technology

  • 摘要: 【目的】在存量更新背景下,城市自然风貌的彰显及保护面临着科学化管控与塑造的挑战。过往研究以主观评价为主,为应对城市自然形态风貌彰显与保护日益精细化的特色空间营造需求,需制定适宜多尺度城市自然风貌保护及管控。【方法】具体的管控路径可分为宏观及微观层面,以人群感知为切入点,综合运用眼动生理监测、CityEngine及ArcGIS等多种技术方法,以南京市为例进行研究分析。【结果】在宏观层面,通过城市自然风貌专项研究,挖掘城市中具有自然风貌价值的绿地空间;在微观层面,对挖掘出的重要绿地空间周边的城市形态进行进一步管控,充分彰显城市标志性节点的自然风貌。【结论】构建“容积率—建筑高度—自然风貌”的动态管控路径。多尺度城市自然风貌精细化管控方法可助力后续实践及研究,营造并彰显更为宜人的城市自然风貌特色。

     

    Abstract: Objective Under the background of stock renewal, the manifestation and protection of urban natural style and features face the challenge of scientific management, control and shaping. Previous research and evaluation methods tend to be subjective. In response to the demand for construction of characteristic space as required by increasingly refined protection and manifestation of urban natural style and features, it is necessary to develop transmission paths suitable for multi-scale protection, management and control of urban natural style and features.Methods Each specific management and control path should be implemented at both the macro and micro levels with crowd perception as the entry point, and entails the comprehensive use of various technical means such as physiological monitoring of eye movement, CityEngine, and ArcGIS and other technical methods.This research takes Nanjing as an example for relevant research and analysis.Results At the macro level, a special research on urban natural style and features should be conducted to, explore urban green space with the value of natural style and features; at the micro level, surrounding urban morphology of the important green space nodes explored should be further managed and controlled to, fully manifest the natural style and features of iconic urban nodes.Conclusion This research constructs a dynamic management and control path of "plot ratio-building height-natural style and features". In subsequent practice and research, the method for multi-scale refined management and control of urban natural style and features can help create and manifest more pleasant urban natural style and features.
