基于一体化模式的花园快速营造研究

Research on Rapid Garden Construction Based on Integration Model

  • 摘要: 在以往的工作模式中,设计与建造为2个独立的过程,相互分离,难以统筹。由于设计过程并未引入建造思维,致使建造过程中存在各类问题。为探讨一种新的可能性,以3届北林国际花园建造节建造活动为例,从整体出发,提出“设计-建造”一体化的协同模式。本模式采取多线分层设计,形成可循环的反馈流程,为设计与建造过程中的各环节建立关联,从而及时地发现问题,解决问题,最终形成系统化、网络化、标准化的多线并行的工作流程。设计与建造协同的过程有利于帮助学生建立全周期的思维方式,从系统出发,有效整合资源,提升工作效率,为今后的建造活动提供教学参考。

     

    Abstract: In the previous work modes, design and construction are two separate processes, which are independent from each other, and hard to coordinate. Since the design process did not consider the thinking of construction, it led to various problems during construction. Taking the construction activities of three BFU International Garden-Making Festival as examples, we discuss the collaborative model of “design-build” integration, from the perspective of the whole. This mode adopts a multi-linear hierarchical design with multiple work-flows in parallel, forming a feedback process, and establishing the relationship between each link in the design and construction processes, so as to find and solve problems in a timely fashion and finally form a systematic and networked multi-linear parallel work-flow. The process of design and construction collaboration helps students develop a whole cycle mode of thinking, starts from the system, integrate effective resources, and improve work efficiency, providing a teaching reference for future construction activities.
