Aesthetic Characteristics of the Animal Landscape Art in Lingnan Gardens

The art of animal landscape in Lingnan gardens has a long history with multiple aesthetic functions and wide public acceptance. However, after the continuous declining for many years, the unique piece of art is on the fringe of being forgotten. We hope that with cross-discipline research and cooperation, upholding ecological ethics and promoting rules in animal landscape, we will be able to create an effective mechanism in protecting ecological environment and animal landscape and harmonious development.
