Returning to Pastoral—Edible Landscaping from the Perspective of Urban Green-space Planning

Based on the development trend of edible landscape in the city, this paper analyzes its functional characteristics, puts forward its planning strategy and clarifies its development direction. The current paper discusses the different characteristics and positioning in green space planning of the edible landscape from macro-scale to micro-scale, respectively, with a focus on the regional, comprehensive park and main road, and community park. Thus, the corresponding key-function planning strategy during the edible landscape construction are interrogated. Finally, the categories and calculation models of the evaluation and quantification of edible landscape as well as the planning index establishment and evaluation methods are discussed.
