Exploration on the Gradation Implementation Path of Ecological Space in the New Era: Taking the Quanzhou Ecological Continuous Belt Project as a Case Study

The construction of ecological civilization in the new era has risen to the fundamental plan for promoting sustainable development and the construction of ecological civilization. Practically, Quanzhou has started to explore its own controlling and implementation path of ecological space since 2017. Taking the "Quanzhou Ecological Continuous Belt Project" as the carrier, the global ecological space management and controlling system have been innovatively proposed, with the aim of establishing a three-level cyber space system covering the whole "ecological barrier, eco-corridor and ecological experience zone". The conception connotation, content and space carrier have been used to analyze the implementation paths at all levels of the plan, which can provide research samples for the hierarchical implementation path of ecological space under territorial spatial planning system.
