The Exploration of Ecological Space Governance in Highly Urbanized Area: A Case Study on Quanzhou Bay Area

Natural ecological space, being an indispensible part of territorial space, has carried some deep meanings under the background of ecological civilization construction, which requires to establish the territorial spatial planning and to unify the territorial space use governance based on the requirement of national planning system reform. Currently, exploring the controlling ways of ecological space has provided a lot of experience for city and country spatial planning and governance of territorial space use, for instance, Quanzhou bay area has developed the entry criteria for seven construction projects of five function sectors, and set up requirements of construction intensity of projects that conform to the access standard, finally, reaching conclusions on the fine control of ecological space use.
