Abstract
Park green space, as an important ecological functional landscape of the city, has always been an important part of urban planning and management. How to more accurately assess the performance of urban green space in the park has gradually become an important research direction of park green space. Therefore, based on the supply and demand balance, this paper uses the service capacity of park green space to measure the supply level, estimates the demand level with the population of residential quarters, and tries to establish the park green space performance evaluation model by using gravity potential model evaluation method that depends on the hypothesis in which the nearest park will be selected according to the residents' preferences. The framework quantitatively evaluates the performance of park green space in the downtown area of Quanzhou from the perspective of residential communities, and then corresponding optimization recommendations will be proposed.
